Tired of lifting the same old dumbbells?


When you get to elite status like myself, you get really tired of handing out daily beat downs in the gym. It is really hard to stay motivated when the only competition is yourself. I have tried tripling the rx'd weights, handstand runs, and some days not even showing up. Not matter what I still end up on top. I have found the most entertaining way to train these days is to "lift" my so called competition. Personally I think they should shut their mouths and rack my weights but that's another story. I am open for suggestions to help cure my boredom.
